 These low cholesterol foods should be good news, shouldn't it?

 

 Well yes, certainly if you purchase the "cholesterol kills you" propaganda from the food and pharmaceutical industries.

 

Cholesterol  is an necessary element of thousands of body processes, not least the majority of hormones, especially the sex hormones.

 

Without it, these body processes would not be capable of taking place properly and the body would fall into disprepair.

 

 

As a result, low cholestrol diets and foods that reduce cholestrol can, in fact, have a detrimental repercussion on several body processes. 

 

 Blindedly utilizing chemicals to reduce cholesterol disregards the actual reason of the problem  which will nearly unchangeably correct itself if the reason of elevated cholesterol) is eliminated.
